1. The general meeting establishing the Takurou Association was held as follows, and the meeting concluded successfully.

The NPO certification application includes the minutes of this meeting.
2. On August 15, 2017, we applied for certification at the Kuroshio Town Hall.
(In Kuroshio Town, NPO certification is issued by the town, instead of prefecture.)
It was planned to obtain corporate certification on November 2, 2017, in time for the second World Tsunami Day (November 5) this year.
2.5 A gathering for the Tsunami Actual Water Experience Museums was held.

A meeting was held in Kuroshio-cho just before official registration as an NPO. With the attendance of several directors, including Vice President Yamada from Kanagawa Prefecture, we presented the main purposes and objectives of Takurou to the local residents.
3. Officially registered as NPO Takurou Association.
Date: November 7, 2017
After obtaining certification as an NPO from the Kuroshio Town Office in Kochi Prefecture and then submitting a report to the Kochi Legal Affairs Bureau, November 7, 2017 was registered as the date of incorporation of NPO Takuro Association.
4. Held the first general meeting of NPO Takurou Association.
Date: March 23, 2018
Due to the circumstances of the President, the first general meeting was held via a conference call initiated by the President and officers living in Kochi Prefecture. We confirmed the membership status, fund status and activity status.
5. Participated in the 2nd International Tsunami Museum Conference.
Date: November 30, 2018
Place: Tokyo National Museum
The President and Director Daibo attended and gathered current information on tsunami-related museums.

6. The 2nd general meeting of NPO Takurou was held.
Date: March 17, 2019
Venue: Saga, Kuroshio-cho, Kochi Prefecture
The second general meeting was held and attended mainly by the President and officers living in Kochi Prefecture. We confirmed the membership status, fund status and activity status. The membership fee and annual fee for members were revised to make it easier for new members to join.
